Annual Marketing Budget

A friend of mine and I were discussing business in China, on the topic of companies' annual marketing budgets, one reailsation came up:

A company's annual marketing budget can be divided into two courses of usage. The outercourse, includes what is measurable but the return of which is still somewhat loose, such as ad campaigns, and other forms of publicity.

Then there is what is not so measurable, intercourse.
